Health hint
An apple a day...
People who eat apples regularly have fewer headaches, colds, skin complaints or arthritis.
This could be due to the pectin in them, a fibre which prevents constipation, a leading cause of headaches.
Regular apple munching also helps lower LDL (‘bad’) cholesterol.

About Me

I have always had a passion for food and been interested in healthy eating. I have treated my own health issues through nutrition.
Once I realised that what I ate affected how I felt, it became enjoyable to eat healthy food.
Over the years I have seen that the key to health is what you eat, how much you exercise and your emotional responses to stress. I decided to study nutrition and now hold diplomas in Nutrition and Anatomy & Physiology.
